Note that orders ship within 1-2 business days after being placed.
After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please note that your tracking number may take 3-4 business days to become active, and USPS orders may experience delays.
As part of our efforts to create positive changes today for a better tomorrow, we’re looking closely at our sustainability. This includes a process to begin removing the swing tags from our items. You’ll see in the product descriptions if an item will arrive without a tag. Instead of a tag, You’ll see a label sewn next to the care label. This is so we can scan the item back should it be returned to us. Removing swing tags is just one step, alongside removing returns cards from our orders and providing more printless options, in striving to do the right thing and improve our impact on the world around us.
Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that’s not a Suave Vera item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not Suave Vera.
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after they’ve been placed. Friday afternoon and weekend orders typically ship out on Mondays. For standard shipping, orders within the SUAVE VERA U.S. should arrive within 5-10 business days. To note, around holidays / holiday weekends, our order fulfillment times may be slightly delayed given order volumes.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order. Once you have placed an order with SUAVE VERA, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it and are processing it. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that the items ordered are out of stock or do not satisfy our quality control standards and are withdrawn by us.
Don’t fret! Your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to update from pre-shipment status.
Check your mailbox! Our shipments typically fit in small soft envelopes about the size of standard printer paper, so they’re most often left in mailboxes. Larger orders are shipped in boxes and will be left where you usually receive larger packages.
If the package isn’t in your mailbox, check your mailroom, front door step, with a friendly neighbor / doorman, or a well-meaning roommate / partner, who may have received the package on your behalf without letting you know. While we can’t take responsibility for shipments that have arrived but are misplaced, we do find that they materialize quite quickly! Email us at [email protected] with any questions.
You can return ALL ITEMS from your order. But please see the below items for ANY EXCEPTIONS to this rule:
Women’s swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact.
Underwear can be returned as long as the hygiene strip has not been removed.
Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
If an item is marked as Final Sale, this item is non-returnable.
Face masks cannot be returned or refunded due to health protection reasons.
Returns registered separately cannot be returned as one, even if they are from the same order. Combining registered returns will slow down the refund process!
* Please note that In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us UNWORN/UNUSED and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return *

Refunds will be actioned within 7 days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are currently available in the United States and Canada and must be done within 5 days of receiving your order.
